ABOUT ME
My name is Todd Campbell and I am a Realtor. My friends call me Soupy. I grew up in Greenwood, Indiana and attended Center Grove High School. I then went on to receive a Bachelor Degree from Indiana University. I obtained my Indiana Real Estate Sales Person License in 1993 and my Indiana Real Estate Broker License in 1998. I have always been passionate about Real Estate and I absolutely love my job of helping Homebuyers and Sellers!
I am a full time Realtor and have been for many years.

I am a member in good standing of both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR).

I am a member in good standing of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR).
​
I am licensed to sell Real Estate anywhere in the state of Indiana.
​
When listing homes, I charge a commission of 5% or less, depending on the price point of the home.
​
As a Buyer's Agent, I do not charge my Buyers any type of fee or commission.
